REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We believe that having happy customers is the best business strategy we can have and we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with what has been purchased from us! If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with what you have received, please do get in touch within 3 days and we will do our absolute best to sort out whatever issue you may have!

- All items to be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your dispatch note.
- You are responsible for the return of goods to Oh So Cherished. We highly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as insurance for goods lost in transit.
- Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made via your original payment method.
