- 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you're not completely smitten with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

- Full Refund or Exchange: Choose a refund to your original payment method or swap it for something you’ll adore.
A Few Sparkling Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and packaged in the jewellery box they arrived in.
- Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
How to Start Your Return/Refund
- Contact Us: Drop us an email at sales@ohsocherished.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack & Ship: Pop your item back in its original packaging, and simply send it off.
- Get proof of postage.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Lost in Transit?
Fear Not! Just ensure you get in touch with us at sales@ohsocherished.co.uk within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation date to log a lost parcel, we will do our very best to locate it for you.
